Same here. There is no moderation with me if I eat cheese, for example. It's my number one trigger. I have the same goal! I have more to lose over all, but 20 lbs during the summer sounded like a fun challenge :) I'm very overweight though, so it seems doable. It's slow going right now though, and I'm already a month in....only 6 lbs lost. But I'll get there when I get there, and so will you :)

If you are prone to bingeing, do not try and restrict for the remainder of the day. Few people have that type of willpower - it will only make you miserable and end up bingeing even more later on. Been there, done that!

I agree with those who said to save up enough calories to let yourself eat a treat at night.
