  • They freeze well. Just slice or dice them and spread them on a wax paper lined cookie sheet and pop them in the freezer. When they are frozen put them in a freezer bag and store in the freezer. They will be great to use in cooked dishes.

  • I got that diagnosis a few years ago. Scary, but I immediately lost 10 pounds or so and I can keep my numbers in check if I: 1. Don't eat too much, as in don't eat large portions.
