i do some form of exercise everyday, if i'm gonna have a good meal- some junk food or eat out, i will try to do an extra tough workout that day, so i can still eat some of the things i love

not sure if you got this answered but yes it will change, when you are looking at my home section - go to settings and then to update diet/fitness profile, when you go through that it should adjust your calories for your new weight. hope that helps- pretty sure thats what you need to do and what you were asking, if not,…
