bump to use some of this advice. I'd suggest in at least taking a rest day from jogging. Maybe jog every other day and get in a good walk on the days you don't jog?

Sure - running outside is more difficult, but I prefer it to the dreadmill. Unfortunately - due to my working hours and the fact that I will not jog in the dark, from Fall til Spring, I'm stuck in doors except on the weekends. I say if you can get outside -- do it.

My husband plays DayZ and keeps trying to get me to play but I've resisted so far. One online game at a time for me.

Online: Guild Wars 2 -- love that it's free to play, but man do I miss Dark Age of Camelot. Console -- I have Assassins Creed 3 but haven't touched it yet. I still need to get the newest Resident Evil game as well.
