I just did a Group Kick class for the first time in over a year! I used to teach it but had a setback last year and haven't wrapped my hands since then. I put a DVD in and finished. Yay! I will be sore tomorrow but I am so proud that I got back in the ring.

My dog has her own bed and sleeps in it next to our bed. However, in the winter time, she likes to get in our bed. We keep a sheet on top of our comforter for those nights. She is a 106 lb. lab and we have a queen bed....yes, my hips hurt but I wouldn't trade it for the world!

I like to saute fresh tomato slices (especially now that's it's summer) and then add them to a wrap with a little mustard and some turkey slices. I do this when I don't have time to cook eggs. Hope this helps.
