Thanks so much....truly. your Sat statement is said often by my mom. I am doing better today. I vented a lot to my trainer and it helped as well. I'm focusing more on every morsel that goes in. let's face it if you cheat on your diary you are only cheating yourself. I just need to keep my eye on the prize and that is a…

I'm 4'9 and am half way to my goal. I started December of 2013 and have lost 63 pounds and 35 inches. I want to lose at least 54 more but will reevaluate once i'm there. I've never been thin as an adult so I don't know exactly where I will stop.

The one that says 2013/2014/2015 is taken every six months. The first taken December 2013 when I began. The middle is June 2014 and on the right is January of 2015. I'm a little over half way to my first goal. I've never been thin as an adult so I don't really know where I'm going to stop, but for now I have lost 63 pounds…

I've had migraines for 20 years. Sometimes they are more frequent than others. I've also done topomax. I stopped having migraines for a few years so i stopped taking medicine. Unfortunately they started back again on a regular basis. I am now on Trokendi. I take it every night (makes you very sleepy) and have seen a huge…

Thank you. You all make valid points. I'm definitely not giving up. I do like where I'm headed. This is all just new territory and wasn't sure if it's a "sure thing" or just a possibility.

This one....it's intimidating but cool

I still have a long way to go. However, in December of 2013 I started this journey (again) and this time I have been successful. In one year I lost 58 pounds and 20+ inches. I still have another 58, at least, to go. I look in the mirror and don't see a difference. We are our own worst critics, aren't we? The pictures have…
