I dont have a big reward planned when I reach goal but Im going for "mini goals" right now. (Now Im going to have to think about the final goal) Mini goal #1 - HRM (reached) Mini goal #2 - gym membership (getting one in a month!) I havent got much further then that lol

I also love the Lane Bryant Cacique line but just in the past 2 weeks had the underwire of 3 of them break on me and poke through :(

^^^^^ this!! .. .this is all I've done so far since starting in July is a daily morning walking for 30 mins and staying within my calories. For a 300lb person this IS exercise ... :)

I fear this too!!! We will be eating out for all meals while we're away and the sodium of restaurant food is a killer!! Im just going to make sure we walk a lot and eat decent .. it's all I can do

Thanks for the tips!! I am thinking of getting a fitbit before I go to track the daily exercise at least ... and I'll end up doing a quick addition in my head for some common meals like breakfast ... I just want to get back ON the horse after holidays and not fall by the wayside ..
