Thanks, it does help me out a lot to hear everyones times. I can tell NOW that I am not as slow as I thought. I guess I just didn't have an idea of what others running times are. :) I personal goal is to run it in 30min. It'll take time but I think I can do it. :smile: Thanks again to all!

There are many low calories snacks that will keep you full in between meals. Make sure you plan your day! Because if you don't you will end up hungary and eat everything in site. :blushing: I love chocolate too!!! I can't stay away from it if it's near. If I give in and take a bite I try to be a little more active that day…

THAT'S GREAT!!! I would love that time myself. I run my 5k on threadmill in 34 min. But I know outdoor running is more challenging. Running an outdoor 5k is my goal for this summer. Keep up the good work!

I use a pedometer and I ususally try to average 12,000 steps a day. But that requires a ton of activity with my boys AFTER my 2 mile run.

New here.... I've tried other site like this before. Hope I can stay motivated to keep this going till at least summer time! :)
