Polina.. When you started your fitness journey what was the first thing you did? I started with run for 2 weeks and started strength 3 times a week.. Also 30DS on 4th week. Am impatient, not getting results I expected.

This weekend I'll be at my sis place. She treats everyone with loads of food and drinks.. This time I'll stay away from booze but will have seafood mostly.. Maybe go for run. I don't know but guess I have started hating weekends.. All workout plan etc goes for a toss..

Yup.. was reluctant but took just one on 2nd week since start of my fitness regime. I look at myself every single night.. bloated belly is all I see.. feels like it will take forever to get what I dream of..

Actually it's just 0.75 kg. Ticker is showing roundoff. :( So how long you been working out? Mind sharing your stats? I find your goal very aggressive it's reaching 40 kg.

am getting a lot of support from my hubby. He skips his gym time and takes care of baby on weekends or late evening so I can go for run or gym.

Thanks.. Well my interest changes.. only thing I hate is staircase.. Rest all I enjoy.. Earlier I used to LOVE power yoga followed by Swimming. Theres no good pool near my place, closet once is 3-4 miles far... dont have time for that.. :( I sometimes do Aerobics and Zumba in my gym which I REEEALLLY enjoy BUT can't make…

Thanks Polina... I was 48kg before marriage.. though I always thrived for 45-46.. There were instances when I touched 47kg.
