Thank you to everyone! I think I will begin with 30DS, probably doing it every other day, as some of you recommended; and then try to work my way to Insanity or one of the others that you suggested. I know one workout at a time is better than no workouts at all! Hope you all have a happy and strong day! :-) - K

Oops - was trying to reply to the 13 miles accomplishment post... "I ran 13 miles today! A year ago I couldn't run 60 seconds! " THAT's what is phenomenal. :-) So congratulations on that!!
