Have you tried Leslie Sansone walking videos. I love those. I have done her 1 mile video and it burns about 150 calories. It's pretty easy to do, and it's about 20 minutes long.

I have only had one person say something and it was my guy's dad. I don't think he even would have said anything if he hadn't been told I was losing anything. The only fats I pay any attention to is saturated and trans fats. Other than that I am not overly worried about it. I am more concerned with sodium being an issue than anything, other than my calorie intake that is.

No, I don't eat mine back. I don't work outside the home so I am not as active as most people except for the exercise I do. For fast food in a hurry (at least suppose to be a hurry) we stop at McDonald's and I get a grilled onion cheddar burger at 310 calories and a small fry that is maybe 120 I think.
