I just bought and tried my first tub. It was Presidents Choice honey flavored and it was alright - I really like the texture of it. It's very creamy. I haven't tried any other kind - can't find much selection in a small town grocery store.

Oh and I bought a book set by Tosca Reno - The Eat Clean Diet - was a life saver for me. It changed the way my entire family eats. Taught me many of the things I needed to know and has lots of great recipes.

Everyday just to see that I am on track. I have been weighing myself daily for nearly a year now. I average less than 1 a day - maybe 5 or 6 a week. And have for a while. Not sure if it has helped to speed the metabolism or not. I do know they work to wake me up and give me a boost!

I disagree. At lest in your case - you sure don't sound as though you are a couch potato and I think in that case it would be different. I have lost 35+ pounds mostly due to diet changes.
