  • I put my bowl on a food scale, hit on, then add an ingredient, record weight (grams), hit reset, add ingredient, etc. I find weighing food by weight versus volume is much easier (no measuring cups for dry ingredients) and much more accurate. Charlene
  • Yes, sometimes when I go to bed, my stomach is rumbling because I am so hungry. I have found that having a bit of dairy, whether it be a glass of milk or a 1/2c of Greek yogurt helps me get thru the evenings. I make sure I save 200 calories for something to nibble on about an hour before bed. Charlene
  • Add heavier weights to your routine a few days/week. Remove any carbonated (even diet soda) and alcohol from your diet until the big day. Have you tried adding a bit of running to your exercise routine? Try hitting a pool for some free stroke laps- it'll definitely tone your arms (better than weights in my opinion).…

  • I do the same thing! I once ran a half marathon on a treadmill at a hotel gym against a friend. It was hot and I lost 2.8 pounds in sweat.
