I tend to weight once a day but know it's just being OCD. (I don't get upset at this point when I regain, and lose a pound. Though while not at my goal I'm fairly happy where I'm at.). I also measure once a week. I'd take the advice of the other posters and put it away. Your ticker says your close to your goal. Probably at…

I can see both sides. I'm home with a toddler doing everything with little me time. Luckily my gym offers the 2 hours of daycare. My husband had T.I.A.'s ( min-strokes in 2012) so I tend to do everything so he won't get stressed out. He's on blood pressure meds, anti-anxiety meds, and nerve pills. When he's home he tends…

LOL@Larro - My husband has "No Pain Tolerance" what so ever. I once had to call his Mom at 4 a.m. because his stomach hurt. She drove 30 minutes to bring him some immoduim and read him the newspaper. I'm not lying that's when I knew I was in trouble. Even our teenage son knows Dad's a hypochondriac. If someone catches a…

I'm 5'7" and have been losing on 1640 calories. I started around 1690 then eventually MFP dropped me to 1420. I noticed a decrease in my energy so I adjusted my settings. Now I'm back to 1640. My BMR ( what you need to live in a coma ) is 1548-1576. You may have your BMR confused with you TDEE.

Made me weepy the one time it was prescribed to me. I do caution **most anti-depressants are very addictive in that it is very hard to come off of them. I was on another for 7 yrs. if I missed one dose I became sick to my stomach.

I'm for the increase. I know at 1420 my energy decreased so I changed my settings to sedentary with 5x 30 minutes a week exercise. Brought my calories back up to 1640. My BMR was 1548-1576. I'm 5'7" CW 177 lbs. here.

H20. I've read to drink between 1/2-1 cup per pound of body weight daily. Plus if you feel dizzy on days you work out you may need to add some potassium. Also the day after having a good workout I'm also hungrier during the day. I just try to eat smaller meals more often on those days.

LOL@ Larro He was stomping a piece of wood he had propped up at an angle. So yes he did it on purpose. He was building up a fire in the fire pit to cook on. We often cook out on the fire pit and smoke up the neighborhood.

Hey kids! So still fighting this cold. Josie's suffering from the "I wants!" and my husband tried to break a piece of wood with his foot yesterday. Listened to him moan last night worrying about "how it might be broke" "He'd never had a sprain hurt that bad before". Fetching him ice packs, and wrapped it. This morning he's…

At 5'7" I looked terrible at 130 lbs. I fit in a 7 jeans ( the waist was lose but had bruises on my hip bones from rubbing). My goal is between 140-155. Really depends on your bone structure.

Some people are just "Negative Nellies". She probably strives to bring other's down to her level. "Kill her with kindness" and be happy.

Hey kids! Not much going on here. I just deleted a guy. Didn't realize married people used this site to hook up. I'm innocent by the way. LOL. He wasn't my type anyway. Actually was asked for opinions by one friend today. So I freely gave her my input. Felt good to be honest though we'll have to see if she takes some of…

Great job. I trying taking selfies but not very good at it. Need to try harder.

You sound like a smart man. Yes I was hormonal my first pregnancy. The second not so much. Though my 3 yr. old does drive me crazy while my 16 yr. old just hides in his room. Good luck

Wow. I'm sorry you found him rude. Good for you for sticking up for yourself. Though I've done that before not in exactly that way but did tell a diabetic I liked the stouffer's sugar free candy. I also wonder if he wasn't trying to flirt?

Great job on your loss! 100 lbs. is awesome! I also have had some experiences with Doctor's/PA's that weren't to my liking. One ended up putting me on anti-depressants for 7 yrs. ( supposedly Bi-Polar no just un-happy I was so overweight) and another who was determined I need cholesterol meds ( statins). I refused to see…

LOL. I really hate that job. Cleaned out some pretty bad ones for other people over the years.
