  • I have what I think of as cheat days about once a week. They are logged though and I haven't been over my matainance calories anyway, so really they work out for me as an opportunity to eat some things that aren't quite as healthy. So maybe I should call it a treat day as it is a fun way to add some varierty to my diet…

  • My Grandma went from a size 24 to a size 12 on a very low fat diet and was having trouble with loose skin. She heard about having more good fats in her diet and started adding olive oil to her food and the loose skin tightened up for her. I don't know if this would work for everyone but it is worth a try.
