It's September First!!! Need to get and stay on track for the final month of P90X/3...bring it and get it done!!! Both workouts done today, calories at poverty level, so a total win-win of a day!!!
-
a good day, workouts done, did total synergistics at lunch and chest/back after making a thrift store run...totally pushed super hard on that one, and it felt so good to do so...food was on target, all in all super great

yesterday dynamix was such a struggle...it shouldn't be like this...really, must be hormonal, my eating has been poverty, but solid nutrition...wonder if it's iron...I should really incorporate more beef... ate good until drinking started after dinner...then ate like a crazy snacking person...so ugh...why do I do this to…

Yesterday was so hard...it was yoga...it shouldn't feel like a struggle, but it sure as hades did...and there's junk food all over this house because I have a snacky house guest, and I don't normally have all this temptation around, and it's making it so hard...ugh...stuck to protein shakes and peaches for sweets cravings,…

had a great weekend at the beach with friends...pretty much did no formal workouts, but it's recovery week, so all I'm missing is a bit of cardio and a lot of stretching...back on track yesterday with both workouts, and 1 down already today...food also on track, and between the less calories and the pms, I am totally…

I prefer outdoor, but that isn't practical for weightlifting or stretching at the moment, so I just walk outside and do my other workouts in the living room!
-
last few days were good in that I tracked food...bad in that I've had an extra maintenance day, but at least it's just maintenance and I haven't been over maint any... workouts have been a bit slack, I cut them down to 1/day while we were helping my oldest move so that I wouldn't be too overworked or be stressing my back…

Well, I haven't exactly been tracking food until the last couple days, just lots of visiting and errands and too busy plus too much food prepared by other people. I have done at least one workout a day, so that's good, but rarely two, so that's not so good. Middle child is moved back to college. Youngest child is back in…

I was good on vacation and worked out at least once each day...back to twice a day since being back home...feels good to push the limits!!! Food is mostly on target, could always use a little tweaking!!!
-
both workouts done...food kinda on track (had some wine)...all in all good day
-
I've been on a 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon kick the last few days...coffee is still black...
-
stayed on track over vacation...kind of fell off after getting home, but to be fair, it's not the first time lucifer's waterfall has knocked me off my feet and made me too tired and cranky to workout...this one was combined with some serious sinus? headaches that simply wouldn't quit...reminded me of my migraine days and…

this is like the first vacation EVER I have stayed on target with the food and workouts, and can I just say, I am so proud of myself for this
-
coffee, black...if I'm hungry (which I'm normally not) then an omelette or scrambled eggs
-
Week 4...workouts done each day - only 1 a day since vacation started, but that's one more than I usually do on vacation, so it totally matters in a big way to me that I'm still doing the workouts...plus 6 days on target for food, and all days tracked, which is also another big win for vacation because most of the time I…

Wed was a little over poverty, but since I didn't take my maint day on Tues, I should still be pretty good for the week overall...did X3 (dynamix) but not YogaX, just seriously didn't have time for 90 min of yoga, who ever has time for that, it's such a hard one to fit in.
-
Week 3 - 11 workouts done, so there were still a few days I missed X3, but not as many, which was super nice...food was, well, honestly food was a bit out of line...I was over maintenance by about 200 cals on 2 days, plus over poverty by 100-200 cals another 2 days...so, while that all still puts me below maintenance for…
-
oh my, it's Wed, so I'm a few days behind... Sun, Mon, Tues were all good for calories...yesterday I did both workouts, but the other days I did one or the other...skipped yoga sun...skipped the extra cardio mon because we went to the store...but at least 30 min intense workout, and typically a full hour every day...and…

Friday was maintenance eating and plyo...could have been better...Saturday was maintenance eating and both workouts shoulders/arms and yoga...could have been better it's great to get the workouts done, makes me feel so accomplished, but I really do need to reign in the snacking and stick to the loss calories...this isn't…

Thursday was amazing!!! I did the workouts and totally rocked them!!! I ate the food like a reasonable person, and got in both of my protein shakes, so yay!!! 119g protein, YES!!! Of course, the scale says 158 this morning, so it's just going up up up, but whatever, I look slimmer, so the scale can just frak off.

Two weeks in and I'm nearly 100% on P90X, but slacking on X3 this past week, did really well the first week, need to get back into making it a priority and not letting other life things like gardening and errands and chores and such get in the way...it's half an hour, I can carve that out and suck it up...scale is up, but…
-
Tuesday was great, food on target, workouts done, primo...Wednesday was awful...headache all day long...just felt so ick...on the plus side, I did still do my stretching and walking, but only 1 routine not both...and resorted to whiskey to finally kill the headache before bed so calories were a bit high, definitely not a…
-
Week 2 - I did P90X every day except one, but only did X3 one day...so not as good as planned but still a solid showing...food was not in line 2 days, but 5 were good, which is way better than the prior week, and I do feel like knowing I was going to have to post this was a big help in the motivation arena. prev - 10 pts…

Monday was good but not great...missed my X3 workout in favor of making a costco run and was just soooo huuuungry by the time we got home...I did do the X workout which is an hour, so that's a nice thing, and I did good at starbucks and just got coffee, nothing super flavored and no pastry junk...calories were between…

Sunday was great...I realized I didn't do a maintenance day on sat as planned, so switched it up to sun, which was nice...did my yoga, but skipped the x3 workout in favor of doing a lot of sorting around the house...gotta get ready to move at some point, so while it wasn't really active, it was necessary, and after that I…
-
well....looks like I missed a couple days 7/8 food on target, chest/back done, but didn't do the other 2 planned workouts...lots of yard work done instead 7/9 food on target, no exercise, no work friday either, but did lots of yard work and shopping in an attempt to set up the fans for the crawlspace dehumidifier but…
-
week 1 was great for workouts - only missed 2 of the half hour ones, so got in at least an hour each day...mediocre on food only 2 poverty days instead of 5...room to improve for sure
-
yesterday was another day that should have been poverty but ended up being maintenance...I could have stopped the munching but I didn't...I should have stayed out of the whiskey but I didn't...this is 100% on me and if I'm serious about losing the fluff, I'm going to need to be serious about more than just tracking and…
-
Week 1 went ok, but could be better...I had 90-105 min of exercise planned each day and I made all of that except for skipping 2 of the 30 min routines...but I only made my food goals 4 of the days...and 2 of those were maintenance days, so I really only stuck to poverty calories 2 days...so if I'm going to meet my fat…
-
yesterday was mediocre...was good on workouts, plus did 2 packs of insulation under the house, and plenty of walking, so all in all very active day... BUT then there was all the eating, which was initially fine, even with some whiskey to counteract the back and shoulder soreness from crawling around in a damp narrow…
