Im aiming for 135 as my UGW - I was there once, for a brief time - after a terrible breakup and I basically didnt eat for like 3 months - i looked awesome but the minute I started eating, 135 was gone. "hard to maintain but realistic-ish" weight is 140 "maintain and live a normal life" weight is 145

Ok - Im down to 156.5. (so a 2lb loss from last week) Im REALLY stepping up my game this month - the goal is an 8lb loss for April - so I have 6 left to lose.... dedicated workout 5x a week (minimum calorie burn of 500) and calories at 1200 (50% protein is the goal - i havent reached that yet).

5'7, 32 and 145-150 was were my body was most comfortable. but would love to be 140 again! anything lower was too hard for me to maintain - 20lbs to go :grumble:
