  • It is a very difficult mental game, i agree! This fitness/gaining/losing weight thing is way harder than calculus (i hate math after taking IB dip math higher level lolol). If I shred the fat off and muscle stays, will it still look big though? Even before I started to lift weights, I did HIIT cardio, and my legs even got…
  • For me I"m planning to do like, T25 Cardio or BodyJam (dance class) and running :) Guys, do you measure your calories? Kayla didn't specifiy how many calories we hsould be eating htough ;/
  • I've sent you a message! :)
  • That sounds great too, it's totally up to you! But if you want to be sure with the routines by experts, you can try T25, p90x3! But from what you planned, i think it sounds great since you can recover the muscles alternatively!
  • Oh thank you; I was thinking about trying it because I don't want my body to adapt to the way I eat, and I want to try the cycle to trick my body. I've experienced starvation mode with the symptoms, and it was horrible- I severely restricted my calories just to lose the excess fat on my belly. However, I realized that…
  • Nice transformations! I see you lose some fats on the belly there :D Yeah, it took you 6 months, I see... If I'm going to lose this battle, it will be from my impatience :( I'm just so afraid to leave my "comfort zone" of eating deficit and eat surplus to bulk, but if I never try it out and work hard, I never know. Thank…

  • My battle is definitely with subcutaneous. I'm currently doing weight training, and so far I'm progressing quite okay with the weights, but not my physical appearance. My body fat is like 18.5% already, and I"m underweight, so everyone told me to gain some weight. You're right; cardio is deceiving for many people who wants…
  • Omg finally found someone who is planning to do Kayla's program! My name is Queen, i am 18 years old, weigh 97 lbs, 163 cm tall, currently underweight, and i am skinny fat. My gial is to get a lean and strong body, with flat abs because my only troubled areas is the belly. Ive did Kayla for four weeks with T25 and lifting,…
  • thank you! I can't lose more weight because I'll be unhealthy, but I"m scared if I eat to gain muscles, won't it hinder my progress of shredding the belly fats away?
  • Oh, that's nice! So, I think I'll have to eat around 1800 cals per day, according to the two websites, but it's totally way more than what the T25 nutrition guide as well as p90x3 suggested (the two nutrition guides said I should eat around 1500 cals per day). So that's what sort of stopping me from eating a lot as well.…
  • Sorry i just saw your post! I see; I'll try the websites you've sent me. Yep, i workout full body monday, wednesday, friday, but cardio everyday. Thank you so much. I think i am scared to bulk up because initially my biggest goal is to lose the belly fats- its the one that I had struggled for sooo long and can't trim it…
  • Thank you for the replies... Because of my small body, i dont burn a lot when I workout. Im scared if I eat 2000 or too much protein, won't it become fat? :/ i mean, i am not even certain about my maintainance calories numbers...
  • I'm sorry, but in a polite way, where did you get the "17% body fat" information from? I'm around 20-21%. And politely disagreeing, it just looks flat on the picture because I was raising my arms and the angles make it look slim. Apparently, I'm not the only one saying this, but my family and friends agree too when they…
  • Thank you so much! You are right; genetics DO actually have a role in the six-ack thingy, and it's not a happy road for some girls. Everybody's body is different, and I guess we have to learn how to accept what we can do the most. Yeah, I used to freak out about gaining weight, but then I changed my mind after I joined MFP…
  • It might be a ridiculous word, I've heard. I don't know how to describe myself anymore because the irony is, I'm "unhealthily" underweight, but my fats are disposed in one freaking area only, lol. I tried eating as much as MFP recommends already, but I don't feel any changes in the amount of those fats, lol. Another thing…
  • So if I burnt 200 calories that day, I can basically have my limit up to 1700 ish right? Yep, right now I'm focusing on lifting and gaining more muscles... I don't want to eat too less beucase I won't have energy to lift the next days and I don't want it to be too unhealthy either. I know this is a stupid question because…
  • Yeah, I'm not over-fat. I just want to flatten my stomach and trim down the waist a little. I understand that having low body fat percentage is extremely unhealthy, for a woman. Do you know how to reduce the waist and belly fat without going into unhealthy territory?
  • Yep it's current... but it's not really flat as it is seen though. I accept the fact that I don't have much to lose, but I just want to make my body more lean and defined. I guess the only way to is to build more muscles...
  • And not over the calories limit either right? Should I stick to 1560 daily despite of how much I burnt that day though? I mean, it's TDEE, so it probably included my active levels?
  • oh, and I don't think I'm 17% BF anymore... I think it's an underestimation. I place myself around 20-21%
  • Oh no, I'm not trying to lose weight here but to lose the body fats... right now I'm trying to gain muscles by lifting, not light weight lifts though. I know I'm underweight, and BMI says Im in the unhealthy range as well. HOwever, my body fats are pathetically distributed towards my center of the body, and I really wnat…
  • Ahh, I see :P thank you! Well, I have scoliosis, and maybe that's why I've been having chronic back pain. My spine is crooked, and I was stressed frequently last year due to senior year in highschool, so it hasn't been that healthy after that :/
  • Of course! Just stay below your calories limit for the day, but make sure you get all the nutritions and macros for the day! However, I wouldn't recommend for you to HAVE THE TREAT EVERYDAY, but it's a very healthy way to have treats in a while :D
  • Polar Ft14 or F17 (I'm using F17)
  • Dont' worry; choose the best option out there, or if not, choose your favorite plate that has most nutritions and share it with your family :) Don't eat it all!
