Hey there! It is possible you might be heavier from muscles! And yes, two week is just the beginning. Losing weight needs patience... I was too rushed on losing weight too last year. You need more time to see the actual results!

It really depends on how you feel. But whatever it is, you HAVE to at leadt eat something after working out. For me, I think it is better to eat breakfast because it will boost your metabolism in the morning. And plus, i read in several articles, breakfast is the most important meal.
