My children remember waking up to me exercising to DVDs in the living room several times a week. Was in much better shape in those days (went from PT to FT when they got older). All of these suggestions are great. I agree - 'how bad do you want it?' Good luck! :smile:

Ok, I've been slacking on the exercise. Yesterday was 284 calories on the elliptical; today 173 walking. Tomorrow 300 on the elliptical in the am and a 30 min dvd tomorrow night! Thanks for the motivation, everyone!

First of all, Thanks for the friend request! You're doing great! Love your pic with the little one. :smile: A couple of suggestions: On water intake. I started drinking water with meals, even if I have something else to drink, like milk or tea. I feel full a lot faster. And yes, I count it towards my water intake. Others…
