I Eat all kinds! haha Chicken meals are probably what I eat the most, and Tuna Steak! I really would love ideas for Snacks! I get reduced sodium stuff, and I use a salt substitute.

I hit my highest weight of 288 in September. Started my life change in November at 271lbs. My current weight is 267.5. Goal weight is 200. Ultimate Goal weight is 160. I really believe it will take me over a year, maybe even two to get to where I want. This will be a long process for me, but I know it will be worth it in…

I tried it a year ago, and I only made it 3 days. That made me so sad, and I felt weak. I am growing now and I am ready for this change. I found my dvd a few days ago, and I am on working on getting through it! I wish you luck! Keep at it! You can do it! :)
