I really like the Bob Harper dvds. He has 3 people working with him. 2 women and a guy. So he shows you beginner, intermediate and advanced. My OB told me I could continue running as long as I felt up to it and could walk after that. The "general" rule is if it's something you've been doing you should be able to keep doing it if you feel up to it. Sadly I never felt up to it which is why I am now here, sigh.

I've lost 38 pounds with out using one. I just can't justify that expense at the moment. I did buy a 5 app for my cell phone that tracks how far I walk/run. It does a ton of other activities but I haven't used it for that. It's not exactly the same but it's good enough for me for now.

That is a great idea and one I need to start doing. I hate looking at myself in the mirror and have dreaded taking a picture of myself but maybe you are right and it could be a great motivator to let me know how far I've come.

I don't like yoga in general. But I actually really liked Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior. It's an hour but it always seemed to go by really fast for me and gave me crazy energy after.

I've started logging carrying my son when we go for walks. He's a 25 pound chunky monkey. I have to get some benefit from it. I'd log in sex if I was having it, just for the fun of it.

I know its so hard at times to think you will get there but YOU will get there!!!! Just keep at it and don't give up. Look how far you have come already. 71 pounds is amazing in my opinion.

I usually get myself off the couch at night by saying just do 10 minutes, if after 10 minutes I'm still exhausted I can be done. Usually though after 10 minutes I keep going. I didn't gain by over eating either. I gained due to pregnancy. My body is great at maintaining what ever weight I am.
