  • I love Yoga. I started doing Yoga for the Warrior a few months ago once a week. It kicks my bum, but I have so much energy after.

  • I definitely see a difference! Keep up what ever you are doing, it is definitely working for you.
  • Wonderful! That is amazing and definitely worth celebrating.
  • I can't help but am looking forward to the replies. I have a mastiff that won't even walk, anywhere, ever. He couldn't run with me but it would be nice if he would walk. His exception is during trick or treating time and that's because he knows he's going to get attention :). His lazy butt will get in the car to go…
  • I use the 94/6 lean beef too. I don't eat out at fast food places and I love cheeseburgers so if I'm going to have one I'm making it real. I just do hamburger, cheese, home made mayo and no bun. I've started using chicken burgers a lot lately and they are very yummy.
  • I've been pregnant twice in just a few years. I got fat with my 3rd. My 4th I chose to do it differently. All of that weight from the 4th is gone. Still have the 25 pounds left that I didn't lose from my 3rd. Again my fault for not getting off my lazy butt til he was almost 2. I had a lot of obstacles with my 3rd. Medical,…
  • No you should believe your Husband in my honest opinion. Because when you never hear it from your spouse and I mean EVER it really hurts. You are very lucky to have a husband that tells you, you look great and you know he wants you.
  • Today I did my first bodyrock.tv workout and I'm about dead from it :)
  • Jason Statham hands down! Love the voice and the body. Second would be Matthew Mcconaughey Dwayne Johnson coming in 3rd
  • For me it was the muffin top after my 3rd baby. I didn't lose it all before getting pregnant with my 4th. I ate better with my 4th and I've lost that weight already. I'm now back to the weight I was before getting pregnant, just with a baby belly still. I think that is why I get so frustrated now. I feel like I've been…
  • I agree with this completely. I've seen it first hand. I wouldn't say that my family has always eaten super healthy but I've always cooked at home way more than we go out. This is how my girls grew up. They eat veggies and fruit and drink milk over soda. Soda, kool-aid, chips, etc. are a "treat" for them. They still get…
  • Thank you! That helps! D.C. is a lot closer than England :) I know in my head that she will be ok. But she is the oldest of 4 so I think I tend to go nuts because she does it all first. I think I watch to much "dark tv"

  • My feet must be out of the covers, always and I can't stand someone breathing in my face. Not even my kids.
  • I've recently stopped. It seemed like it was becoming an unhealthy obsession for me. As is the scale. So I've decided to stop doing them for awhile and just try to focus on eating healthy and working out and doing the best I can at both of those for awhile.
  • I've found that any time I actually plan a time to work out it lasts for about a week. Tried getting up in the am before Hubby left for work. Lasted about 2 weeks and my 7 month old decided he wanted to get up all hours of the night again. Then I decided I would work out after my Hubby got home. Work picked up so now he…
  • I lost 30 before coming here and I was doing the Bob Harper Inside Out Method DVDs and his scheduled workout. They are the same price as the Jillian DVD's. Only downside is they are an hour. I've just started doing the videos from bodyrocktv.com. They are free too.
  • Loaded baked potatoes. And I mean LOADED.
  • I'm 5ft 2 and would like to be down to 110. I'm stuck at 133. Down 25 pounds from the baby 7 months ago so I'm trying to look at the positive. I agree it is very hard to stay motivated when you aren't seeing the scale move much, if at all. I think it depends a lot on your frame. My daughter is just a few inches taller but…
in 5'2 anyone? Comment by sunyg July 2011
  • I'm 5 ft 2 and want to be around 110 to 115. I was around that 5 years ago and hoping to get there again. I have a super small frame and the 25 pounds over I'm down to now looks like 50 lol.
  • I haven't tried her diet or Metamorphosis but I did do her Post Pregnancy workout and it was really good. I started seeing a big difference in my post pregnancy belly pretty quick. I think her diets are extreme but everyone I know that has done just her actual work outs have seen really good results.
  • Any of the Bob Harper Inside Out Method DVDs. They kick your butt even the yoga one.
  • Chicken on sale (I just remove the skin) Fish (unless it's summer and then my Father in law supplies this) What ever roast type is on sale Hamburger (my kids want home made hamburgers once a week since they aren't allowed McDonalds on my weeks) Every frozen veggie I can get my hands on Chuck Eye Steaks Potatoes Kashi…
  • I can't go to the gym for financial reasons. So the weight I lost prior to MFP and the weight since coming here has all been lost doing DVDs and running. The Bob Harper Super Strength dvd kicks my butt just as hard as the gym did. I think just do what you can do. Your DOING it and that is what matters.
in is it enough? Comment by sunyg July 2011
  • Thanks for this! I'm still working on this. I've started wearing shorts that fit but my tshirts are super big. Mainly because I don't want to see the tummy that looks 4 months preggo 7 months later. Your a very good writer!!!!!
  • Thighs, butt and arms for me. My stomach is always the last to go. I think it's because that's where I want it to go the most
  • I don't want to get in a p*ssing match either but do want to say that my DR put me on a low carb diet when I was pregnant with my last baby. I was eating Special K for breakfast & usually a grilled chicken salad for lunch and snacking on fruit. I have a small frame and at 8 months pregnant my baby was getting too big to…
