My husband had me doing 3 sets of 3-5 reps (if I did 5 without a massive struggle, he added 5 lbs). Best shape of my life. Lift heavy or go home.

I have tried all the flavors,and heres my issue: They all taste like crap unless you add something to them. I am NOT paying that kind of money for a product that tastes so bad on its own, when I can spend a FRACTION of that price on Dymatize, which I LOVE. or Orac Energy Greens powder. My heart rate is anywhere from 190-203 while doing certain moves, on certain days. I have a pretty severe cardiac arrhythmia (they run in my family). Invest a little time and money into a garden or even planters and grow some of your favorite veggies :) it cost me <$100 to intitially get started gardening four years ago and now I grow 90% of our produce. Spray the pan really well, then add some seasoned cornmeal (fine ground) and shake it around before putting e eggs in. Make sure you cook them a little past jiggly(I let mine pull away from the pan on their own before taking them out.)

I average 300-450 calories per workout on insanity month 1 and month two I can usually hit around 600. Your muscles aren't sore because they're growing-its because they have broken down. it doesn't burn extra calories. I lost about 16lbs in 60days, my mom lost closer to 40. it can be done.

im all about IIFYM-to a degree. but you're right. you get out what you put in. I cant perform if I have 2000 calories of donuts and cheeseburgers instead of vegetables and lean meat.
