  • hey gang...im in the gym 7 days week,,,,weight training 5 days of those....just adjusting my routine with the protein and supplimentsthese last 3 weeks....i noticed my protein intake with all the nutricion supplimnents doubled close to 100 grams per day.....not sure where i should be...lol

  • im returning back to MFP after leaving florida....big mistake...now im in the gym 7 days week in punishment for my 6 month withdrawl...lol the fitness gym keeps me from doing any yoyo diets...and the MFP keeps me in focus daily...sometimes hourly especially with the smart phone APPS...im so thankful at my age i do not look…

  • like to join this thread guys. . im 49...male ...in club 3 to 5 days /week .new with this program and message board daily inputs and daily reviews of ..MFP down 10 to 16 pounds in 2 months problem up and down 2 to 5 pounds per day...heeee..crazy with firm meal plan anyone else having same problem..??
