My name is Audrey. It sounds exactly how it's spelled but for some reason I always get called Audra or Aubrey :)

When I was a teenager my parents took me to Six Flags. I had all the dreams of riding the big coasters and having fun, but when I was a few feet away I chickened out. Not because I was scared of the speed and turns, but because I didn't think I would fit :( I think I might always have this fear!

Snacks are good to have through out the day, but if you feel yourself going over board, try a piece of gum. It helps calm my appetite.

I made sweet tea (24 calories per 12 ounces) and it helped a lot with the cravings!! Vitamin water zero helped me too :) Good luck!!

The only thing that helps with my cigarette cravings is the Nicorette gum. It really helps with the cravings, and makes me a happier person for about 45 minutes. As for the food cravings, eat filling snacks during the day. Granola bars, fruit, veggies. All of your cravings will pass soon! I feel for you...good luck!!

I have this issue too, but I also have mild asthma. Check it out with your doctor, maybe he/she can get you on an inhaler.

This is not unrealistic at all! 6 months into my journey, I lost 70 pounds. It does tend to slow down though, some times you hit plateau's, or life just happens. If you stick with it and stay strong you can absolutely do this!!
