  • It is such a helpful tool if you use it every day and keep accountable to yourself!!! After a while, logging food and checking calorie counts becomes habitual and kinda fun! Definitely a good motivator to stay within your limits and reach your goals. Add me as a friend if you need more supporters! I check in often!

  • I like crap beer too! I will drink pretty much anything, but I do fill up too quickly on some of the dark beers (when I want to have more than one, or eat something with it!) and I have trouble with many IPAs.   • I have heard that people recommend when you get the urge to snack at night, go brush your teeth. The minty clean feeling will keep you from wanting to spoil it with food or sweet beverages. I've done this sometimes, I think it helps.

  • A bar by my house makes this delicious drink which includes Effen Cucumber vodka, muddled mint, and seltzer. It's so refreshing and delicious! A flavorful twist on the standard vodka and club soda.

  • Yes! Mine did. Guess it depends on how chubby they are to begin with. Some people just have larger fingers, and other people I have known who are large people have tiny fingers. I just have fat fingers, and when I lose weight, they do too.
