I wear cheap crappy spandex shorts, and I make sure to find the ones with like an 8 to 10 inch inseam, versus the ones with the 4 to 5 inch, which does tend to ride up. FYI, the tighter, the better. I haven't had problems with the cheap versions riding up... I don't think you'd need to invest in super expensive stuff...…

Corn Pops!!! Yum! Cinnamon Toast Crunch is also completely, completely awesome. I stopped putting milk in my cereal (now do cold water....
