YAY! Exciting!!!!!! And I bet you DO look skinny and amazing!

Force yourself to drink it all the time for about a week. I bet after doing that, you'll start craving it. It is hard to break into the habit though, I know, but make yourself do it. Water becomes delicious if you give it a chance!!!!

Do the leg press weight machine at the gym, as well as some squats and lunges. I can't say you'll suddenly have a rock hard butt, but you will definitely strengthen the glutes with those!!

Yeah. Those people have nice faces. I always assumed that the ONLY thing guys are looking at is the bod, because I always felt like all the skinny girls (regardless of looks) had a man, and the chubbier ones didn't. Well, me at least. But then my best friend was always saying, yeah, that girl is skinny, but she's super…

Your co-workers sound like pretentious b*tches... which sounds awful, but really? How long are you going to be able to sustain a rabbit food and water diet? And then to recommend that to someone else who is losing at a wonderfully healthy rate??? Get over yourselves, people. Like everyone else said, you will be more…

I would say absolutely!!! Once you're in and swimming, even if it's a bit chilly, you'll acclimate.

That is super exciting. Nice work! Love to buy smaller clothes!!! And size 10, here you come!!!

Um, eff everybody else and what they think. You are ON the treadmill, and you are WORKING HARD for what you want, and the only way you're going to make progress is if you keep getting back on over and over and have the determination to keep going. Other people may be intimidating, but after a few months, you're going to be…

That is fantastic!!!!!! Get ready for that to happen a lot more!

Belts. And bargain shopping for the ESSENTIALS you have to replace.

YESYESYES, saw it and ohmygosh LOVED IT!!!!!!!!! LOVED! IT! Hope you will love it too!!!!!!! I thought it was better than Wicked!

I am possibly making this up because I don't really know, but I think that added water consumption helps to keep your body at an optimal level of hydration and flushes out excess sodium that can lead to water retention. I always feel better on weigh-in days if I have had lots of water running through my body all day.

I feel like I can relate somewhat! I was running a lot 30 lbs ago and then took a break after a while because my foot started having some pain... possibly heel spur, possibly plantar fasciitis..... but now that I'm slimmer, running is easier. I am still taking it easy, though, because I don't want to re-injure my foot, or…

I haven't gotten rid of that mentality, unfortunately....... weekends are really hard for me and I struggle with it every week! When I first started out and was in it to win it, I battled the "going out" and "social eating" stuff by ordering a lot of grilled chicken sandwiches with veggies on the side if we were at…

www.loudmommy.com Started by an MFP mom with a son who has autism!! Check it out and look her up.... I think her MFP name is something resembling "taramaria"

Yep, I think you do end up with smaller feet! Or at least, skinnier feet... :)
-
I wanna meet Kimberly because she is AWESOME and INSPIRING!!!!!!
-
YES I DO AND SO SHOULD YOU!
-
I think my feet would blow off the ends of my legs if I did that... heels are so bad for you!!! They may give you a workout, but I'd rather sweat it out on the treadmill in some trainers than encourage plantar fasciitis or heel spurs or shortened calf muscles or whatever all nasty things happen from extended time in heels.…

Love it! When I first saw your thread, I was like, um, YES you should eat!!!!!! And then the website was hilarious. :)

This post is naughty. I like it. :)

I've noticed this a bit since I dropped down to a 1200 calorie diet, but I'm not sure yet if it's related to what I'm eating or the significantly reduced calories. Regardless, I can sympathize! :)

Dirty rice!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the posts!!! I appreciate it! Just to let you know... I am definitely aware that the reason I don't have "cut" abs is that I have a big chunky gross layer of fat over top of my muscle layer. And that is why I am continuing to work on losing weight. I am not expecting that doing a few sit-ups here and there…

Hahahaha, your post title is funny. :) :)

MFP has guidelines on that if you change the options or settings in your food diary. Can't remember exactly what you click on to do that, but if you play around, you'll probably find it. I think it is very helpful to see where I'm at with my fat and fiber and protein, but in the end, keeping the main target as calories has…

Yup!! There is a no-cell-phone policy at my gym...

I'd be thrilled with pretty much any celebrity body, because they are all way hotter than mine!
