I second the osteopath suggestion!! I have been seeing one for my back/hip/legs and he is my hero. He aligns me and centers me and keeps me feeling good!! My joint between my left leg and hip has been bothering me so I am going to mine tomorrow. I highly recommend them. They are like a step up from a chiropractor.

I totally disagree!! I have myself set to sedentary since I work a desk job, so I feel that if I spend four hours cleaning my entire house on a Saturday OR if I just vacuum and tidy up generally for a half hour on a weekday that I can certainly count it. We have a Schwinn (not sure of the number off the top of my head) and it was about $800. It is sooooo great!! Great programs, lots of resistance levels, really smooth stride. You definitely need to go check them all out. You need to find one you are comfortable on so that you use it!! :D

My husband and I are "not NOT trying" to conceive while I lose weight. We'll be happy whenever we get pregnant, but I would like to lose some more weight first ideally. I am going to friend you!!

I do Bar Method and Barre3!! I always do about 15 min on the elliptical before the workout to get my heart rate up and burn some extra calories. I LOVE the workouts!!

Update...I did Jillian's Ripped in 30 on Saturday along with 15 min on the elliptical and then my normal 45 min on the elliptical yesterday...I am SORE!! I have this DVD and haven't tried it yet!! I did the 30 day shred for 66 days (I will never forget that number ;D) leading up to our wedding and had really fabulous results with it. I started using MFP and doing the elliptical 4--45 min 5-6x a week about 5 weeks ago. I am definitely losing weight, but I want to kick it up…

The MFP database normally says I should burn almost 800 calories for my 45 minute elliptical workouts. The machine says I burn about 700, but I estimate it is a bit less than that. I only eat all of…
