Depends on the goal. If he is trying to get really cut and tight, then yes, dairy has to go. Otherwise, dairy can be incorporated into a healthy weight loss diet.

This is wrong.. Fiber is a carbohydrate and is included in the grams of carbohydrates on the nutrition label. It is the reason you can subtract the amount of fiber from the total grams of carbs and get "net carbs".. Fiber has no impact on blood sugar but it is detinitely accounted for on labels.

I use it to mix into oatmeal or shakes to add the peanut butter flavor without all the extra calories.. But I eat the real stuff daily also.. I'm a peanut butter addict.

I just made some last night.. A little salt and pepper, dust with some flour (gluten flour for me) and then pan sear in pistachio oil.. Very good stuff.
