I hardly ever do a specific ab routine.. Most of my lifting works the core. I do high intensity and incorporate exercises like squats, deadlifts, push presses, planks, pushups etc. The core takes a beating without ever having to lay on the ground a do a crunch.

Many people don't realize this but Truvia is not pure Stevia. It also contains Erythritol which is a sugar alcohol. Sugar alcohols also are not the greatest thing for you. The body cannot digest them and they can cause a lot of intestinal discomfort.

If you're concerned with your health then everything "artificial" should be avoided if it is possible. I was on Bystolic 5mg for a couple of months. Bystolic works by slowing the HR. This will cause you to have lower energy and not be able to workout as hard. It shouldn't matter how much equals an eggwhite. You should be measuring it out to get the amount of protein you need, not eggwhites.

It's left at zero so that you can customize it and set it yourself.. And remember, the numbers MFP gives you are just guidelines.. I don't use the numbers they give.

Peanuts are high in fat.. But the good kind of fat.. Mono and poly unsaturated fats are good for you. They can actually help you lose weight when eaten in moderation. Peanuts are ok, but better options are almonds and walnuts.
