Alright .... they turned out pretty good - but like with any carbonated beverage they make your burp. At least mine did ... still it's chocolate and peanut butter.

I agree with Katy. I enjoy going to the gym or running outside - but sometimes when I'm bored or want a quick work out I'll follow along. I like JM Ripped in 30 and any of the p90x dvds (Plyo being my ABSOLUTE) favorite. Following DVD's is like following a gym routine, with the work you'll have progress.

Also, some treadmills have a pre-determined programs where you can enter your minimum speed and maximum speed. It will then time your segments for you as well as give you a moderate pace in between.

I occassionally will use a thermogenic 20 minutes prior to working out ... with my schedule sometimes I need the boost. I use OxyElite and have never had any side effects.

I agree with the other posts - they aren't the right type for you. I'm a fan of the Pegasus, which I believe is the Bowerman line, that someone else mentioned or my reezigs.

I'm roughly 5'4 and want to get down to 115 if I can. I'm currently at 126. Has anyone else completed this journey? I'd be happy with at least under 120, so thats 6lbs but I've been serious about this since Feb and have maybe lost .... 3lbs. FML. =)

Oh yeah, you have to sit, bend, jump, then she'd pull at the waist, make you do the finger tip rule. I finally just gave up and wore basketball shorts/hoodies/jeans all the time. Then you got the "well I'm paying for them" speech.

I think with in reason they would be ok. I'm one of those people that swear by no mini-skirts after 30. Look up doing some HIIT workouts for the treadmill or elliptical (if you need low impact) instead of just a 30 minute same speed

Yup redo week 1 until your comfortable. Also familiarize yourself with an RPE scale. Take your time and do jogs and walk at a comfortable pace. Speed will come in time.
