  • Ok, I've done 30 Day Shred for 11 days now and I don't have those kind of results :-/ ugh. I took a before and after of day one versus day 10 and I look the same!! Guess I'll have to keep going. Congrats on your success!
  • Ok, what have you been doing so differently than me? I have a goal to lose 40 by December, I started back in August and I've hit a brick wall it feels like! I don't think I'm going to make my goal by then. I'll be lucky to have lost 30 by December now.
  • I use the recommended 1lb/week. I was changing it up a bit before but I went back to the recommended because I noticed I was slowly majorly on losing.

  • Same thing happens to me pretty much... I sleep about 8 hours or so and then I wake up like a pop tart in a toaster! I do get to the mid-afternoon time and feel kinda tired though and sometimes I nap.

  • Hrmm.. perhaps you're correct. Last week I went shopping just to see if I was a 12 yet and when I tried the 12s they fit sort of loose, but I passed it off as eh, I'm a 12 that's nice. I didn't even try a size lower.
