I don't have that I use pills but a lot of my friends have it...I believe you only take it out just before your period starts?? I have heard of it falling out during sex though lol

Since your goal was 50 I'd say with all the bad food the you could afford to give yourself 4 pounds. I have the same issue. I've been down to a size 0 and even then I had a little 'gut'. Pilates really helped, although I have stopped doing it (because of a lower back injury haven't gotten back on the bandwagon). Lengthens and strenghtnes the core.

I drink skim milk, worked my way down from 2% (grew up on it). My husband however, loves the Silk almond milk. I don't think he's tried the Blue Diamond, but I will certainly tell him about it (thanks guys)! Maybe I will give it a try myself...I guess the name turns me off...Almond....Milk.....

Are you in a regular exercise routine? It is a great stress reliever and maybe the less stressed you are the less you'll have emotional eating due to stress.
