This is probably not my biggest pet-peeve because I have a lot of them, but: when people don't rinse a dish while putting it in the sink. I wash my dishes by hand, and dish gunk is a pain in the butt to scrub off.

I go to all of the high end independent retail shops and specialty shops in my area. My fav brand is Kasil, but it is kinda hard to find around here so I usually settle for paige or dry aged denim.

Wow... All of these "tall" girls make me feel like an Amazon :tongue: . I am just a smidgen under 6' and am currently rocking my four inch boots for the New Year. It is nice to literally stand-out in the crowd.

I always have a full-fat Greek yogurt in the morning to help me feel full through the entire day. Just eating fruits and veggies will leave you filling empty in a matter of hours and is going to sabotage you just as much as eating pure junk food. Work on finding that happy medium. And good luck!

I had the same problem. My poor drain must hate me :embarassed: . My advice is to get yourself a super sexy haircut and try and manage the stress in your life. Also, don't skimp on your shampoo and conditioner. Buy a good product and the difference will be night and day.

From what I have read the mfp calorie counter already has the deficit regardless of whether you exercise or not. By exercising you are increasing that deficit to sometimes unhealthy proportions.
