I change up the time I run, as well as the routes. I also carry a tazer when I run, can never be too safe.

When I was 16 I landed a job at a veterinary hospital as a receptionist. By the time I was 17 I was working there as a tech.

Day one went great! I didn't cheat at all! For snacks had some fruit and pumpkin seeds instead of grabbing my daughters Easter candy lol. I put a note on my fridge that says NO JUNK!!! and wrote 1-21 at the bottom, crossing off the days as I go. It helps me to have the reminder everytime I walk into the kitchen.

Happy Easter everyone! Was up at 5am hiding eggs then my Turbo Fire 45 today. I got bored this afternoon and did a Fitness Blender workout Tabata Kettlebell Workout and Abs and Obliques Workout - 45 Minute Kettlebell Training.

It is all about practie! I don't wear them as often as I used to, but I do love a stiletto heel. I think I walk better in them than in sandals. Never once have I tripped and feel in a heel, I fall everyday walking barefoot though.

I do some of the Skimble workouts. Some of them are pretty close to what you actually burn when compared to and HMR, some of them are completely off though. It is really hit an miss. Before I had a HRM I usually subtracted 50-80 cals it said I burned then logged that.

My grandmother is an ex-prison guard and was so scared when I told her I was running outside. Changing the route you run/walk, and times is the safest so no one can get your routine down. Keep up with my exercise routine, maybe add some more. Hope to get under 150 in April... only 2.8 lbs to go so shouldnt be too hard! Cut a lot of the junk I ate in March.

When I hit my goal weight, I am going to get my hair done (it really needs it). When I hit 20lbs gone, I got a deep tissue massage. 10lbs down I got a pedicure. I usually don't do stuff for myself like this, so these were great rewards.

I put chopped tomato, olives, some chicken breast, cucumber, mix in some greek vinegarette the put in the fridge until cold. It is very yummy.

I drink coffee all day as well, but I dont log it as water. To get more water through the day, I drink a cup of coffee then drink 2 glasses of water before I will have another cup.

I drink a lot of coffee! I haven't cut it out completely, but I have cut down. Instead of 2 pots a day now I drink half a pot. I don't use creamer or sugar in it, straight coffee only. I have lost 21lbs since January, so I don't think it is taking a toll on my progress.

I use some of their workouts periodically, when I am trying to mix things up. I have only done their beginning kettle bell workout, but it is good.

I try to avoid them as much as possible. That being said, I work full time and go to school full time, so some nights i tell my bf to pop that frozen lasagna in the oven, or make some hamburger helper.
