My large breast. Ouch shoulders, neck and back. No matter how much I lose I NEVER lose it there. After I get fit....they will be reduced. I am working for that goal.....Can't wait!!!!! It makes me self-concious when I talk to someone and they are not looking at my face but my breast.

Mix fage plain greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder. Chocolate pudding. YUM! If you take the mixture and freeze it in ice cube trays......Then when frozen toss in the blended with a splash of coconut milk (or milk of choice) for ice cream. Yummy!

I love kale chips with a spray of olive oil, cracked black pepper, sea salt and a heavy sprinkle of nutritional yeast. I like my greek yogurt with pumpkin puree and a touch of a agave nectar or honey. You could add cinnamon too if you were not allergic to it like me. :(
