My plan is no rest days. august 1st I'm starting with the shred L1, aug 2nd slim L1 and the following week move on to L2 of both programs, doing L3 for two weeks. I figure because they are different workouts I am technically giving a my body a rest because I'm working different muscles.

My plan is to alternate days of the shred and slim in 6. I just can't do the same workout dvd everyday so I think this might work for me. Great job ladies! Unfortunately I hurt my knee really bad (taking a swim in the sea of galilee where it's quite rocky, a wave caught me by surprise and I hit my knee directly on a rock... ouch.) so I'll see how many more miles I can do for the rest of July...
