Don't do it! Just don't. Get that thought out of your mind NOW! It's not an option, so don't think of it that way. Take a walk, get some fresh air. You are so close to getting over "that" stage, and once you're over it you will never look back. Trust me... 43+ is awesome, you should be proud of yourself so far! :)

It's up to you. Perhaps you will be better sooner than you think and you can get back to walking, even a little at a time?
