This sounds like fun. I'd love to join! It will be interesting to see how I do. In May I set a goal of walk 90 miles and so far I've walked about 50 in a little over two weeks, so I'll be doubling what I've done so far... But, I'm up for the challenge, so count me in! :)

I was a walking machine yesterday!! Yesterday alone brought me up to speed on my month goal so today I can afford to take it a little easier, tho I plan to do some walking, maybe a mile or two (with the dogs). Hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday where ever in the world you may be! :)

but... but... then people yell at me for "telling them what to do" or judging them! i just saw a diary ALL being fast food but under the calorie limit and I hesitated for 10 minutes whether to suggest upping the fiber through veggies... I'm scareeeeeeeeeeedddddddddd

I agree, I would join a gym too if it wasn't so expensive. Especially for things that I can't do at home - swim, lift a variety of weights, and of course look at myself at every possible angle as I sweat and bend... BUT! Weight-related illnesses are much more expensive than a gym membership. So figure that if one stays…

moved my *kitten* somewhat today, not so much with miles (did 1.33 and may get in another half mile with the dogs in a bit). But I did get my shredding session in, so that's good! :) see you all tomorrow!
