Thanks for the feedback, all! Yea, step doesn't sound like something I can easily do, I agree shadowcasting... Swimming is a great idea, but expensive!! I'll follow the advice to google chair exercises.

Don't lose control of that great progress you had of losing 75#! that's amazing! And it's great your 'catching' yourself now and gaining control again on your health. You did it once, you can do it again and keep at it! :)

Weighing in... SW 4/26 164.4 GW 6/21 See the 150's! Anywhere in the 150s will be considered a successful challenge for me at this point. Water challenge met today, exercise was more like 15 minute walk because of an injured ankle... Happy "meltdown", everyone!

Good info, thanks! I would love to do something like p90x as it sounds challenging and from reading posts here people have almost only positive to say about it. i have very bad ankles and that's my "current" problem. I really need to lose the weight to be able to do some more high intensity workouts which is a bit of a…

Yes, this does make sense, thanks! So it seems like so far the consensus is 4 weeks. Anyone care to share what a typical workout for a week looks like?

This is a great thread. I've been having foot pain for a few months now and didn't know what it was or how to describe it. I'm still not 100 percent sure I have PF (haven't seen a doc to get diagnosed) but from the research I've done on my own I'm pretty sure... A lot of great advise is offered here and I will personally…

No prob, hoping someone can shed some insight!

I have this too, on both feet! I thought it was because I do a lot of workouts without shoes (Leslie Sansone walk at home and 30 d shred along with other at home workouts). I'm planning on getting some good walking shoes regardless but now that I hear you get them as well WITH shoes I wonder if it's something else. It…

Ultimately, about 40 pounds, but i'm not setting a time frame at this point pretty much because i know i will fail.

Thanks!

I think you're right. I should set some goals. I just seem to get carried away when I do that. I set goals too high, and when I fail, I lose momentum and use it as an excuse. I've got to tone it down but when I do I feel like it is not pushing myself enough so it's an annoying vicious cycle, where I can't be satisfied...

Mine is because I'm a loser for taking such poor care of my body for so long and because I'd like to lose a lot of weight. So it's got a double meaning, I suppose hehe

Where's the love?? :(

Hey, just joined today. I'm reading a lot of success stories and seems like there's a lot of motivation going on around here, so that sounds promising. This seems pretty hard for me, I'm not sure I'll ever be happy with my body. But the least I can do is try to get more exercise in and eat a little better!! Good luck to…
