MEH. Monday was... fair... Here's my plan for Tuesday 1) Water 2) Clean up 3) Shred one of the three levels 3) 60 squats 4) 60 lunges 5) Wk1D2 pushup challenge 6) Log food and exercise That's it. Lots of exercise planned today. Better get started!
