I am ALL for trying new and fun ways to get in my cardio and to me that look REALLY fun. However, i would probably break a body part having fun with them lol. If you can afford it why not? ( I am not a gym person i prefer to get my workouts done at home or outside)

training my dog I just took him out and gave praise while saying potty over n over while he did it outside.. When i would catch him about to lift his leg in the house i did a sharp loud OI! it startled him from the going through with the act and i would take him out to do it where he is supposed to

instead of using sesame oil i crush peanuts in a baggy with a rolling pin. It helps in a pinch. I do home stir fry all the time with left over veg n grilled chicken. A lil ginger, garlic, onion, soy sauce, pepper, crushed peanut and crushed red pepper flakes work lovely for a quick n easy meal

my son was overweight all his teen years and had some pretty prominent moobs. He is 26 now and skinny as a rail but now just has saggy moobs :( Used to really hurt seeing him suffer the bullying associated with it and low self esteem.

I dislike it and do you know what i actually think is worse? When overweight women do it to skinny women and call it body empowerment ( and i've been obese for the last 20 years til recently ) Hypocritical as all get out! If you want acceptance don't put down another body type to do it.

Just coffee and a raisin english muffin. Over did it yesterday and out of sheer exhaustion slept most of the morning away so kept it small. Normally i will make a 1 egg omelette with peppers, onion and mushrooms with tobasco and a cup of oatmeal

I dont do a cheat day but a cheat dinner with dessert . Normally i will break about 600-700 calories higher that day. It gives me a chance to enjoy a food i may of been craving or just wanting to try but i usually cant because it just doesnt fit into my daily menu. my dog is the boss of me, i take him out when he needs to go out, cuddle when he wants cuddles, scratches when he wants scratches. He has trained me well

im pcos/insulin resist and i went to a nutritionist as well who put me on 135g carbs a day, 1200 calorie. I've lost 70 pounds and haven't stepped foot in the gym. I dance and work out in my computer room :D ( hand weights, dvds, you tube videos, a pilates ball, step ladder and an elliptical is all the tools i have used :D Outside the home i walk, bike and go to dance classes once a week
