I am so sorry to hear about your loss. What a terrible thing for someone to have to go through. All I can say is that you lost the weight before and you can do it again!! I know it is very hard work and very frustrating feeling like you just worked so hard for nothing. Keep your head up. It happens to the best of us....

This was me about 5 years ago at 5'8 and 135 pounds. I do not think it was too thin. I would love to get back to that point but would settle for 140 at this point : )

I just added all the calories and it is definitely not correct as shown with the recipe like you said. I came up with a total of around 280ish, too. No bad but not good when you are counting calories!

I am right there with you! I had my son 14 months ago and my belly/waist area is definitely not the same anymore! I will be anxious to see other suggestions, too!

I normally do a steamed vegetable or salad with it. It is very filling and good for you. Just a side note... when you make it it will be very runny and you will probably think you did something wrong. I thought this the very first time I made it but it turned out wonderful!
