When I was in high school I went roller skating. Now since I wasn't a size 0 in HS, I was fat. Granted I was a rather healthy size 12, but yeah, I wasn't a stick. Currently I'm on 1300 a day, but that's also doctor's orders. Honestly I'd ask your doctor to see if that's what you should be doing. Everyone is different. :) Good luck!
