I think by "real" she meant the every day women. It's not of athletes, trainers, fitness models and what have you, who are working out but still manage to have perfect hair and makeup or look "sexy". Bad choice of words but still an awesome video with a great message.

I'm going through the same thing except all the goodies are at home. Cake, candy, cookies, egg nog, hot coco. All my hubbys and kids favorites (Which I love too) I have been off track for a while. Let me know if you find anything that helps!

When I got pregnant with my first son I was 192 pounds at 5'3 and that was A LOT for me. The day I had him I was 222 pounds. I weighed 40 pounds more than my husband and felt like a whale. I will not go back to that.
