It took me a about a week to get used to hitting the gym by 4:30 am but once I made it a habit and forced myself to get motivated I now have more energy and focus throughout the day. My pre workout drink helps a lot as well. Packed with caffeine and B12. I drink it as soon as I wake up and by the time I get to the gym I'm…

Hey guys. I recently made a response similar to the ops question and basically said the same thing as you guys. and now I am getting rained on by dis agreements and disrespect. I basically said what all of you have said regarding making gains while in a deficit. I'm glad that my personal progress is accurate. Good luck to…

And the judgmental prick of the year goes to.....(drum roll) RGv2. Give advice to try to help people not try to be a d*ck. I was saying what I have noticed with myself. That's what a lot of people on here do. I could be wrong and have no problem admitting that. Once again tho explain it to my gains while in a deficit. I'm…

Sorry but I have tried the six star vanilla whey and it didn't mess with my stomach. The fruit punch precision engineered doesn't mess with my stomach. Only the chocolate so It may not be the "brand" but maybe the flavor. Thanks for the advice tho

Yes you definitely should be consuming high volumes of simple carbs and protein for muscle recovery and get your levels back to normal. I have read that the first 30-60 min max is the most important time to be fueling your body after an intense workout. Thanks everyone for your input on the flavors and brands.

I asked a similar question about a week ago. Many responses I got were that you don't burn many calories weight training, if it's an intense workout with heavy weights figure in about 3 calories per minute if with short rest periods. Your cardio is where you burn the most calories.

BCAAs helped me a lot when I started getting back in the gym. I drink 2 servings everyday and notice a big difference compared to when I wasn't.

Pretty much. Everyone had their own preference. Just gotta find yours op

I have found that going at about 4:30am before work makes me more focused throughout the day and gives me more energy. It all really depends on what works best for you. Try them both and see how you feel.

In the beginning your gonna be tanked in a week and will probably last a while. with little gains if any. I would say ease into it until your body adapts and you can fuel your body properly then hit it hard and beat the crap outta people and get your a*^ kicked all in the name of fun. Go MMA!!!

I am very limited as when I can go so I go first thing in the morning. I have noticed it gives me more focus and energy throughout the rest of the day verse going in the afternoon and evening though. Maybe test a couple different times if day or night and pick the 1 that makes you feel the best and what your able to…

You are burning fat but building muscle. Cardio is best to shred fat. Weight training does burn it off as well but is usually replaced by muscle if using heavy weights. Remember...muscle weighs more than fat
