carbs do make me fat....but i have a medical condition where i must restrict them. otherwise, i agree...the weightloss hype is insane. just exercise and eat right.

i once duct taped my ace bandage onto my ankle because i couldnt find the clips...and the damn thing would not stay snug without them. the duct tape worked perfectly, and i was able to go on with my normal workout routine:) nothing stops this chick from getting my workouts! lol love duct tape!

theres too much and too many...im only 27 but have seen just about everything there is to see: good and lots of bad:( trying to remain an optimistic person through it all is tough, but possible. been called an old soul and wise beyond my years since i was 14.

my boxer does the same thing! his whole body looks like a wiggling kidney bean..lol

i love when you catch a cat offguard and they do a huge back flip! our cat just did this the other day when the remote fell off the coffee table...lol or when my dog jumps up onto the couch and he farts, then turns around to see where the noise came from!!!!! bwaaahhaha!

its so hilarious when they skid all over the floor...lol im laughing so hard right now just thinking about it!

no way in heck i will read that. not because of the content, but simply because i cant stand anything in the romance/chicky flicky genre. now hand me a series like Game of Thrones, or a book like House of Leaves and im game;)

it makes sense as a marketing strategy. people just need to be smart about who and what theyre paying for.

i cant stand any kind of chicky flicky books or movies. that said...i havent read this series.
