My main bread and butter is working for a company that designs sports wear for tennis, golf, and yoga. I'm on the administrative side and work with the buyers but twice a year become a "gopher" for the photoshoots, which is a really neat process plus I get to gab with the make up artist and ask her for beauty tips My…

wow! i've been so busy concentrating on trying to look good in my everday wear that i hadnt even thought about buying some lingerie. i'm thinking that i need to add that to my list of mini goal rewards! i mean, i know that alot of guys like to see a girl in just panties and a tank, but lingerie is so much more seductive

Well in my family almost every girl has a double name. I don't know how or why it happened but hey- whatever. My name is Sara-Jane one obvious thing that people do is spell the sara with an H. but MORE COMMONLY when i introduce myself to someone as Sara-Jane and am shaking their hand they will go "mary jane?" or "hhehe…

-
yes. you made the point better than i did. i agree that our bodies are more insistent in telling us what we need to have more of in our system during this time. if you are willing to listen you will have a much easier time during TOM.
-
i experience the same thing. i usually just go ahead and snack within reason. i'm not saying that i turn to celery sticks b/c that is not the same as craving chocolate. my problem is not sincere hunger though it's just cravings that are so intense that my brain gets tricked. however, cravings really are there for a reason…

alright alright alright! i cave! i surrender! i think Luke or Pierce would sound nice with Isaac. (and although this one breaks my usual rules; i also think Clinton would work quite well)
-
well since names are so personal giving you one would be very hit or miss. however, if you really like the name Isaac for the middle name i would suggest that the first name have either 1 or 3 syllables since having two names with two syllables in a row might sound "sing-songy" and i would also suggest that the first name…

and also. put the food down between bites and don't watch tv while you eat. you will feel full so much faster!

maybe pick out a day that will be the day for one cheat meal each week to avoid these things happening. that's what alot of people on here do, not only to avoid binges but also b/c alot of us are here for a permanent change and not just a diet and it's almost silly to assume that none of us will ever eat pizza again. just…

i wanted to bump this because: a.) i'm very very happy for you!! and b.) so that as many people as possible will see this post and stop getting SO frustrated when week long changes don't show immediate results.
